- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: The Ever Roddy 300
- Cream: Cade by L'Occitane
- Razor: '02 Star Lather Catcher with short handle
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated SE (shave 4)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel & Nivea Extra Sensitive Extra Soothing ASB
- EDT: SCS Blend 2-11
- Result: A fine BBS Shave without any blood but done with a lot of care. I am beginning to like the Cade, nice but off-beat scent and makes nice slick yet cushioning lather. Looking to do another SE shave on Wednesday.

Early Tuesday morning room 2629 Imperial Palace Casino Biloxi MS WWII issue G3 1912 Gem Pella Blade D-1 Synthetic Burma Shave brush Williams Mug Shave Soap WH Old Spice What a wonderful away from home shave. The Williams worked great the G3 is an awesome version of the 1912. It is probably easily my second favorite 1912 behind the Ornate/heavy handle. It is well worth any trouble it may be to learn how to lather Williams. Fuzzy

Wednesday 10/21 - Ever Ready 100T Boar
- vintage Gibbs No. 53 Stick
- 1912 Gem w/ ornate travel handle
- Ted Pella Gem
- Thayer's Medicated Superhazel
- AVIB w/ added menthol
- Creed Red SW EdT - not sure what that is, I'll have to look it up....
DFS today. Only 2 passes, didn't go for BBS. The ER is much more prickly and stiff than the 1305 - the tips are clipped, so they haven't split and softened. It's also a bit small....but it's still a good brush. The EdT is a sample from Colonial Drug and I can't figure out what the abbreviations mean. I'll check into it - of course, I'm having trouble smelling it over the lingering AV....LOL....

No shave today. Had to do a really quick non-prep, non-touch up shave yesterday. Seems the tub surround in my shower has come loose from the wall and it takes some time for the liquid nails to set and dry to the point that I can shower. By that time today it was just too late in the day to shave. So I put off my great SE shave until tomorrow (Thursday). I can hardly wait. But patience is a virtue with shaving. I will enjoy this shave more than most cause I missed a day of shaving.

- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: The Ever "Roddy" 300
- Cream: SCS Avocado Oil
- Razor: '07 GEM Jr Bar Lather Catcher
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE Coated SE (shave 5)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: SCS Avocado ASM
- EDT: SCS 2-11 Blend EDT
- Result: I was in shaving nirvana today. BBS with one of my two favorite razors, not just SE razors but all razor favorites. The only DE that comes close is on of my many Gillette NEWs. In combo with the SCS products the '07 GEM Jr performed marvelously providing an effortless and comfortable BBS shave with no blood at all.
