Razor: Rolls Razor Imperial 2 Soap: Figaro Brush: Vie-Long 16728 Shake 3x. 30sec explosion. 1min. 4 pass. Rework 1-2. Thinned 3rd. Thick creamy. Every time I get Figaro in my rotation I look forward to it. It's by far one of the best production soft soaps I've come across. I'm sure this soap would make any worthless brush shine. Lathers quickly producing thick rich cream and leave your face saturated so the shave is seamless as all soaps should. If Figaro had variety of flavours I'd have the entire line.

- Prep: Noxzema Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: Knotty Roddy refurb with TGN Grade A Silvertip Badger Knot
- Cream: C&E Sandalwood
- Razor: '07 GEM Jr Bar Razor Lather Catcher Style
- Blade: Pal Carbon Steel SE (shave 1)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner & Clubman Club Complete ASB
- EDT: C&E Sandalwood EDT
- Result: A fantastic BBS shave. The carbon steel blades are great. Very smooth, almost felt like there was no blade in the razor. Of course the C&E cream gives me a great cushion and slickness and helped a bit. I may just go away from my regular rotation and keep doing the SE thing until the blade wears out. Thanks Fuzzy for the gift of the blades.

Razor: Rolls Razor Soap: Tabac Brush: Vie-Long 16728 Shake 3x. 1min20. 4 pass. Rework 1st. Thinned 3rd. Not as good a shave yesterday but it'll do. Lather was much cushioning. Sure if I grasped the knot it would gather more soap and resulting lather could be much thicker.

Razor: Rolls Razor Imperial 2 Soap: Ginger's Garden Clove Brush: Vie-Long 16728 Shake 3x. 30 sec lather formation. 1min29. 4 pass. Thick One thing I love bout these soaps is that they lather quick thanks to Glycerine coupled with fact that it's not overpowering makes it that much better. Strangely though depending on one's humidity the Glycerine would sweat from soap. I was informed this doesn't happen with Cold Process soap but only hot. Anyway, some of these scents are surely appetising it's so tempting not to take a bite sometimes.

- Prep: Noxzema Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: Ever Ready 89 Boar
- Soap: TSD English Fern Type
- Razor: '10 GEM Jr Lathercatcher
- Blade: Pal Carbon Steel SE (shave 2)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner & Nivea for Men Extra Sensitive ASB
- EDT: TSD Signature Scent
- Result: Really fun BBS shave. The Pal blade was not quite as good as the first shave. No tugging or pulling but just not as silky smooth as the first. Don't think I will get 7 shaves out of it like I do my Pellas. Shave 3 on it tomorrow.

Razor: Rolls Razor Soap: Kell's Arabian Spice Aloe Brush: Vie-Long 16728 Shake 3x. 1min20. 3 pass. Spent a good half hour trying to work this out. Had to switch out Ginger's Garden Lime Yuzu because the lather was useless and provided no cushion whatsoever. Shake 3x. 30sec load. Airy and useless. Washed off lather and start over. Shake 3x. 30sec load while grasping knot. Same as before. Good squeeze. 30 sec load while grasping knot. FAIL. This is horrible. Tried both 1st & 3rd method on trusty Omega 21047 and caused it to shed twice despite my gentle approach.
