Welcome to the show. I do not have any wedge blade razors. Can't help with that. But I know others here can.

Hi and welcome to the show!!!!
I have touched up1930's Empire era Wilky blades using electrical tape on the spine and then honing on a carborundum razor hone - touched up on glass.
Not the greatest shave - a little 'pully' - but it is a thrill to whack through the stubble with one.
Some argue the steel on these blades is too thin at the blade for putting on a decent wedge due to the method used for making the concave, but others say they are successful at sharpening up the old Wilky stuff.
What I have seen is folks pretty much use a hone as I have described and have had success. Not many though. However, your personal skill and patience come into play. I have only modest amounts of each which probably contributed to the lack of a slick edge for me.
It is certainly worth giving it a shot!! A lot fun too!
Nice to see some new blood around the boards!
