Wednesday, September 21, 2011 - An Anniversary Shave - 9 Years w/ TWGW!- Prep: Hot shower, California Baby face wash
- Lather: Rise Shave Gel
- Brush: None
- Razor: Schick I1 Injector
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated (1)
- Post: WH
9 years ago today I married my best friend and she officially earned the title of TWGW just for actually saying "I do"! I received my blade order yesterday so I loaded up my late grandfather's Schick for the first time ever for me, and who knows how many decades since it's last use. This was my first ever injector shave and it ROCKED! I love SEs and this razor will make a comfortable addition to my SE rotation. An all around great day and shave.

Sunday, September 25, 2011- Prep: Hot shower, California Baby face wash, hand strop blade
- Lather: TSD Iced SubZero Wheat Cream
- Brush: Frank Shaving Fine Badger
- Razor: Gem OCMM
- Blade: Ted Pella SS PTFE (1), 2 passes
- Post: Alum Block, WH + M-Bomb, Aqua-Velva Ice Blue, hand strop blade
First shave using all of my new TSD products. I just love the smell of the ISZ wheat cream & it made my face feel splendidly frosty. I need to practice lathering it up as I didn't get a great lather while face lathering. I'll whip up some test lathers in a bowl to find the sweet spot. The M-Bomb added to my witch hazel was "da Bomb"! My first use of the alum block makes me a fan. I really liked how my face felt afterwards. That can also be a result of the wheat cream too I presume. A few nicks & weepers that I attribute to my poor lather. I look forward to using these products for quite some time.
