Razor: Rolls Razor Imperial 2 Brush: Omega 599 Soap: VDH Wring 2x. Within 30 seconds explosion. 1min 30. 11 pass. Thinned 8th pass. Sans moisturiser. First silver that I actually enjoyed. Glad picked this up. After all it's only befitting I would since 21047 is awesome and no surprise this one performed beyond my expectations. Sure it could be more "scrubby" or have more spine but that's what the 21047 or other brushes are for. This brush is just awesome. Very silky-like and just a treat. Words cannot describe this awesome specimen. Did I forget to say this brush is awesome? I'm going to have to leave the 615 silver immaculate so I remember how #599 originally was-silly I know. Brushes are meant to be used.

Black Friday Shave
Micromatic OC CVS Blade Vulfix # 5 Boar Brush Colgate Mug Soap WH Jade East AS
Real close shave with the MMOC. The new birthday Vulfix brush is starting to break in. It still has a way to go, though. The other Vufixes I have were the same way, but once they break in they work well for me.
Well, you won't see me out today waiting in lines at the Black Friday shopping frenzy. The few things I needed to get I already got. I'm cheap but I can't stand waiting in lines ot fighting crowds.

Alan Happy Birthday there Alan! I can't stand crowds either I always know what I want and go in and out. If I want to peruse I will but 99% of time I'm quick about it. As far as the Vulfix brush I don't know what the break-in is for. I've 514 Hyde and 405 Strand and initial use they were soft. Performance nearly identical. Strangely the TGN UK sketched knot is denser and quite soft in literally 2 weeks worth of use. Quite the opposite of the Hyde and Strand.

Great close shave with the MM OC. The Vulfix brush does wonders with the Williams.
