Late post for Thursday night late.
Damaskeene OC 1912 Gem Blue Star D-3 (I think) Generic Boar Williams Mug Shave Soap (shave stick) WH Aqua Velva
WOOHOO love the Williams SS. Yes I know you could just rub the puck on your face but much much more fun with the shave stick.

- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: C&E BBB
- Cream: SCS Avocado Oil
- Razor: '73 Stick Schick Injector
- Blade: Schick Injector
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel & SCS Avocado Oil ASM
- Result: A lousy shave. The Schick blades are not Chinese and even though I did my usual 3 passes plus an oil pass for touch up I did not really get a good shave. Kinda reminded me of what I got with my Fusion. Right after the shave I put a new Pella Injector in the Stick Schick and in the '48 Eversharp-Schick G1. Hope I get a better shave tomorrow. By the way the Pella Injector dispenser worked pretty well with a slight twist to the front of the razor.

Gem Micromatic Clog-Pruf w/ Pella (5) Re-knotted handle w/Golden Nib Finest Prairie Creations "Old Spice" ss Dickinson's WH Aqua Velva a/s Nivea Extra Soothing a/s balm Vetiver by Carven
First time with the Clog-Pruf, PC soap, and brush. I moved the Pella from the Featherweight and worked up the lather with the new brush. This soap contains tallow and it feels terrific on the face and provides a good cushion for the blade. The scent is subtle and pleasant. With three passes I ended up with a terrific result although the feel of the shave was slightly harsh, perhaps a result of using a "new" razor with a blade that may have seen better days. I don't know what the life span of a Pella blade is with my typical usage, so I look forward to using the Clog-Pruf again with a new blade. I am liking the Carven but it still pales to the Floris and Guerlain Vetivers. (JMHO)

- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: The Dana Brush
- Soap: TSD English Fern Type
- Razor: '48 Eversharp-Schick G1 Injector
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated Injector (shave 1)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner & SCS Avocado Oil ASM
- EDT: SCS Blend 2-11 EDT
- Result: Oh what a difference a new day and a Pella blade can make. Got a great BBS shave today with the birth year G1 and the new blade. Smooth and effortless with the G1. Love that razor. Now tomorrow the Stick Schick again, this time with a new Pella blade. Can't wait.
