Nice shave didn't do a ATG pass so not as close as I normally like.

I won't post to this section often. Since I only use one razor, it would get a little repetitive. I do vary the brush, soap or cream and AS though, so here is todays, 1/25/10:

Prep - Hot towel then face lather
Brush - Superior Brush, 22mm Super Badger
Cream - Proraso
Razor - Gem Jr. Bar Razor
Blade - Gem PTFE coated stainless
Splash - Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner
After Shave - Aqua Velva - Ice Blue
Method - Single lathered pass WTG and clean up pass (XTG & ATG) using only the Thayers for lube.
Result - BBS (verified by SWMBO )

• Result: After a week in the hospital and having my gall bladder removed a shave at home with real hot water and my SE razor was the best tonic I could have. Only two passes and just a DFS but still it was fun and my face feels really great. Thanks Dave Irving for turning me onto SE shaving.

Thank you, sir...A natural far as I can tell. I found him at an antique store in Oklahoma on my way back to Dallas. Great brush, though, it is not very dense but still has a nice pocket to it and holds enough for 2 sometimes 3 passes.
