VDH Boar Erasmic Shaving Stick 1912 Valet Auto Strop Pella gem blade, modified (1) Thayers AS Anherb Gel Tabaróme Millésime by Creed edt
I will admit, I was very worried going into this shave. I already had another razor picked out because I figured I would not even get through the 1st pass....Boy was I wrong...an AWESOME shave. BBS, irritation free...even my usual trouble spot was no trouble today!!! Thanks Dave, for the tip on modifying the blade which was really easy even for me.

Semogue 1305 TGQ Highlander SS 1912 Valet Auto Strop Pella gem blade, modified (2) Thayers AS Alt Innsbruck
Another awesome DFS with the auto stop. I am so glad I finally went ahead and did the blade modification. The razor is quickly moving up the ranks. This was my 1st experience with a product from The Gentlemen's Quarter and boy am I impressed. The Highlander scent is absolutely fantastic and the performance was A+. looking forward to trying the other small soap pucks I got of her other scents.

Wednesday
Gem Contour Pella D-1 Williams Mug Soap Generic Boar brush wh Pinaud Classic Vanilla AS
Kinda MEH about the contour. It seems to be a very mild razor. I got a good shave from it. But did not get my neck as well as others. I like the feel of it so will probably use it more. But not at the top of the pack.

- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: Ever Ready C40 Boar
- Razor: '12 GEM with standard handle
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated GEM (shave 3)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner & Nivea for Men Sensitive Extra Soothing ASB
- EDT: Nine Flags Patcham from Hong Kong Cologne
- Result: A decent shave without any blood. But the blade seemed to be going away much faster than normal. Lots of drag and it felt a bit like it didn't want to cut but rather tear the hair away. Must be the occasional bad blade that comes now and then.
