I too would like to revive my Wilkkinson Empire and 7 Day Razor set small wedge blades...From what I have been able to find, you need an Allegro Model E blade sharener with a K12 attachment. I was able to find a Allegro Model E with the K11 attachment (thread HERE). The K11 attachment is the holder for wedge blades but will not hold the Wilkinson blades which are much shorter than a full wedge blade. I have had no luck in finding the K12 attachment but they are out there. Here is a pic of the K11 and K12.

Thanks for posting on this particular topic - I have always been a little uncertain on exactly what the K11 and K12 attachments are. I didn't ever pick up on those photos at stropper.com. It is good to know as I would like to have such a handy piece of machinery.
I have the L series for the double edge blades, but have yet to pick up an E. Mostly I haven't got one because I was unsure on this attachment issue. Thanx for the info!!!
(And, those razor/sharpener combos are fab!! Congrats to those of you lucky enough to have one!)

I assume K11 and K12 are rare to find on the net? If so can those blades be remanufactured by a knife maker?
