I just won this on e-Bay and, although it didn't come with a case, it came with a NOS blade and it only cost $3.41. 
Fuzzy was kind enough to send me a couple of the Feather SE blades with the cut-outs so I'll use one of them when I try it out on Friday. I also have two other VAS razors, one that can use modified SE blades and one that has a safety bar instead of an open comb.
