I hear ya...I can't do the ones without at least a little weight to them. After many terrible shaves and really working on technique, I was able to get some amazing results from my USR razor. That thing is the lightest razor I own. Light razors definitely require a different touch, but can be worth the effort.

MAILLLLLLLL CALLLLLLLLLLLLL After a very long day yesterday that included over 10 hours of drive time I took me a nice longgggg nap. When I woke up it was Christmas time. A box of cigars that I had ordered came in and then there was this one. WOOHOO!!! Already got a blade in it and will give it a whirl when I get ready for work. Bill also threw in a little extra I see. Will post more on that in another thread laterl ;D Are ya Jealous.. just green with envy ? Fuzzy

So... any chance this could be the next "traveling razor"? You know, if I can ever lay my hands on another one, I'd let this one do just that. Got my second shave with this one yesterday.... WOOHOO~~~~ very nice shave. It is scary to look at though. looks kinda like a potato peeler. Fuzzy Never thought of it before, but now that you mention it, it does.

Yup a Gem stainless in this instance. Just have to take the spine off. It is that good a shave really.. finished number 5 this afternoon. The blade is headed down hill but I still got a good shave from it. Fuzzy
