Wait's only has a two word entry showing this as a German trademark. Looks to me like a '02 Kampfe Bros Lather catcher. Should take modern SE blades like the Kampfe Bros does.

the screws on the blade runners make me think theyre fixed and dont move. that razor is basically a dead ringer for a late 1880s kampfe.

Actually, I believe you'll find that the entry in Waites simply defines "schutzmarke" as being German for "trade mark". If you check Waites under "Best - The Improved", you will find a picture of this razor and it's tin box. It describes it as, "Mfr. unidentified, Possibly F Koeller & Co., Solingen-Ohligs, Germany. Kampfe type, single-edge wedge blade, two-piece tubular handle." Regards, Tom
