I suggest that you find a machine shop that will do the work. Of course you most likely will pay through the nose for something custom made like that but that is what you chose to use for a brush handle. Good luck finding someone to do the work for you.

I can think of 2 options. First, iKon. I ordered a brush he turned out of a Billet of solid Stainless. I think he did some travel brushes in aluminum. I am not sure if he would do custom work or not, but it is worth asking The other person I would contact is cooncatbob. I haven't seen any metal brushes he has made, but he is working with aluminum now for his mastif lights. He also does some custom brushes, so he may be able to hook you up.

Thank you Rodd I will contact ikon and see if if he is interested in such a project. Bob was one of the brush makers I contacted already, he has the skill but sadly doesn't have the tools right now Bryce- thanks for the encouragement, I have looked for metal workers locally unfortunately their are none in my local area and would need to drive about an hour to find any. So I figure if I have to go through that much trouble I rather find someone who at least makes brushes and would have knowledge in the area

Hope you find someone to turn it, that will be an awesome brush. My first suggestion was going to be Bob. So I am out of ideals.
