I have been using knots from TheGoldenNib for quite a while, and while I have turned several for people with the Finest grade knots, I never had one for myself. I bought one of Tony's Penworks brushes with a 26mm Finest knot, and I am extremely impressed by the knot. I like it better than the other grades I have. It has backbone like a Best, but soft tips like a Silvertip. Nice and dense. Attachments:

I've been looking for a knot for a vintage B&J 'bowling pin' handle I'm planning to restore. This is either 26mm or 28mm; can't remember offhand. I love my TGN 22mm silvertip, but have wanted something a bit different for this one. Thanks Rodd!

Very nice Rodd I plan to get a knot from TheGoldenNib for my custom brush so it is nice to hear they perform well. Tom- be sure to post pics when you have finished the restore on that brush ^_^

Rodd,
The 26mm is with "extra hair" right?
