Today was a good one.
First shave with an Everready Streamline Pella blade (1) Tabac Simpson Polo 2 Two-band silvertip Ogallala Bay Rum and Sandalwood.
Smoothest shave I think I have ever gotten from anything that isn't a straight razor. And would be memorably good even if it was a straight shave.
I think I'm really starting to like this SE shaving. I NEVER got a shave like this with a DE.

Razor: Gem 1912 w/ CVS Blade Soap: Arko Shave stick Brush: Ever Ready 150 with original boar knot. Perfect for face lathering. ASB: Witch Haze, Nivea Sensitive Balm, A/S:Ice Blue Aqua Velva DFS, I love the 1912. Not quite as smooth as my Gem Jr., but that is probably technique due to a heavier razor.

Nice close shave from MM OC. That Colgate soap sure lathers up a storm. Stays nice and moist the whole shave through.

What with posting my SOTD on two other forums, I haven't been bothering to put it here, also, but today was a good one, with one of the really antique looking Schick injectors. In fact, this razor antedates the "true" injector design. Schick C2 Magazine Repeater Pella blade (shave # 7) Erasmic Cream Re-knotted Ever-Ready brush
