Tuesday Night:
Schick Injector Type I razor (black plastic, short handle) Schick Super Chromium blade (NOS US production)
Semogue 1305 boar brush Cella soft shaving soap
Thayer's Peach Witch Hazel
I'm giving the Schick Injector a more sustained try to see if I can really become comfortable with it. I'm getting good shaves, but it isn't as natural to me, or as smooth, as an accustomed DE with a favorite blade. I prefer the shorter handle on this razor to the longer handle on later Injectors.
I ordered some Martin de Candre soap from France, and I'm anxious for it to arrive!

Razor: Rolls Razor Brush: Vie-Long 13052 Cream: C.O.Bigelow ASB: C.O.Bigelow Black Elixir Cologne: C.O.Bigelow Black Elixir Did something a little different from before. I realized I may be soaking it longer than necessary ( not longer than any of my brushes ). But due to Vie-Long's treatment these brushes are softer than any brushes out-of-box. As such I decided to cut down the pre-soak. Shake 3x. 1 min 40. 5 Pass. Pre-soak 1 min. Rework 1st. Thin third. Spine better than before-not as mop-like. Shed once

Razor: Rolls Razor Imperial 2 Brush: Vie-Long 04101 Cream: C.O.Bigelow ASB: C.O.Bigelow Blue Elixir Cologne: C.O.Bigelow Blue Elixir Given the loft size this is more suitable for to and fro stroke as well as bowl lathering. Shake 3x. 1min 4. 4 pass. Dry every pass. Not effective for rotary but to and fro instead due to longer loft. More effective to grasp the bristle from sides and rotary motion if desired. Shed 4x
