WOW what a shave,.,,
Valet Auto Strop Feather SE D-1 Vintage Ever Ready Badger (650 PB) The Body Shop..old formula WH British Sterling AS British Sterling Cologne
AN outstanding shave. The only things I have that shaves better then the VAS are my lather catchers and 1912 styles. This thing gives a great shave with little effort. The feather blades are nice too.

Whoosh, Nice choice of cream. Tabac is great stuff. I have the soap, cream and edt. Reminds me of my younger days and the incense I used to . . . ;D Thank you kind sir Tabac has become my standard to compare all other soaps and creams to. I was a little worried when I first bought it because of its reputation for its odd scent and will admit at first it wasn't my favorite smell. However the first time I lathered with it I could care less what it smelt like cause this stuff lathers like no other and over time the scent has grown on me and I have actually come to like it, so have the ladies I have tried the soap and cream (not much for a cologne guy) and both work equally well I just prefer creams to soaps  IMO those who haven't tried this amazing stuff can't really rate other soaps and creams because they don't really know what true lather is 12/15 Hot shower [/li][li] Brush: Tweezerman [/li][li] Cream: Alraz's Atomic Bomb lime [/li][li] Razor: 1910 Gem Jr. LC [/li][li] Blade: TP (shave #2) [/li][li] A/S: Thayer's Superhazel Witch Hazel Toner & TSD Subzero x2 menthol + lanolin splash [/li][li] Result: The simplest things in life are often the most enjoyable a BBS shave and new pair of socks I am in paradise @^_^@ [/li][/ul]

Friday 12/17
- Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
- Brush: No Name Boar with Blue & White Handle
- Soap: "The Mug" by Williams
- Razor: 1912 Ever Ready SE
- Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated GEM SE (shave 5)
- Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
- A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner & Clubman Club Complete ASB
- EDT: TSD Bamboo & Teak
- Result: BBS shave after 2 days off from shaving. Used "The Mug" to shut Fuzzy up! Found the lather to be not real thick and seemed to look like it was drying on my face. But, to my surprise, the lather was not drying but was actually providing my razor with a very slick surface for beard reduction. Not much cushion but that did not seem to matter. I will give "The Mug" a B grade. The scent is not much to write home about. Kinda smelled like Ivory soap that our family used when I was a kid back in the stone age. I think I need to work a bit on making the lather but will try with tomorrow's shave to make some superlather with it. Hopefully that lather will be better and it will certainly smell better than plan old soap.

About half day growth but had to go do some stuff... so I shaved.
1911 Gem Junior Pella Omega #48 Boar Omega SS WH Aqua Velva Ice Blue.
Very nice shave. The Omega is a very good soap. The Omega boar is not my favorite brush but it works very well (thanks again Zach). All in all a DFS. The high point of what has turned into a dreary wet cold day.
